    PAYMENT:


    Global Tech Squad Inc. comfortable to take payment through credit card, debit card or e-check. You are requisite to pay through our secured gateway. Which plan you choose you have to pay only that amount. When the payment is processed you are registered as Global Tech Squad Inc. customer and will take benefit our technical support as desired by you. $149.99 will be charged as visiting charges on each onsite technician visit.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:


    Global Tech Squad Inc. will give permission to cancellation of a plan in that condition that it is asked within 24 hrs of choosing the plan and no casual support has been taken. Global Tech Squad Inc. will charged $149.99 if the support has been taken by you and the technicians have fixed the problem and pay you the rest amount. If our technicians are not able to resolve the problem in that condition we are going to pay a full refund.

    REFUND POLICY:


    For Incident Based Plans, a full refund will be issued if GLOBAL TECH SQUAD INC. has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within 72 hours of your plan purchase with Global Tech Squad Inc.. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Global Tech Squad Inc. may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of fees after deducting charges for servicing the User.

    For Plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

    For incident based plan


    1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active.

    2. The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.

    3. 72 hours have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a GLOBAL TECH SQUAD INC. technician.

    For 1 Year Plan

    If 3 months have not passed after the issue was first fixed, you may be eligible for a partial refund which depends on company’s discretion. If 3 months’ of service are passed then no full refund will be provided / partial refund may be provided.

    For 6 Month Plan

    If 1 month has not passed after the issue was first fixed, you may be eligible for partial refund which depends on company’s discretion. If 1 month of service has passed, no full refund will be provided / partial refund may be provided.

    Note: Partial refund means one time service cost which will be incident cost ($149.99 USD) plus pro-rata cost of plan up to 3 months. Pro rata means 1 day is equal to 30 days, 31 days are equal to 60 and 61 days are equal to 90 days.

    FEEDBACK AND RESOLUTION POLICY:


    Global Tech Squad Inc. will analyze the problem to be fix from their end & if you will not get feedback revert within 24hrs of receiving the support service. The defaulters of this policy cannot applied for demand refund or cancellation of plan. If you are unhappy with the technical resolution that you have received, you can give revert back with a feedback pinpointing and the pending cases handled within 24hrs of the duration. If the case was found to be genuine then the technical expert will look into the matters and fix the issue. If the problem not solve our end then the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

    TERMINATION:


    Global Tech Squad Inc. has the right to terminate the service contract and agreement in these criteria:

  • When you go to misuse or abuse of our technical support.
  • When you go to foil or corrupt our system and data.
  • When you disobey any terms and conditions agreed by you.
  • In incident of any one of the leading case your agreement is terminated and you can not applied for money back. You also have the right to terminate the service agreement at your own maturity and are subject to the criteria of cancellation and refund policy.

    INDEMNITY:


    You agree to retain , compensate , and hold Global Tech Squad Inc. and its employees innocent from any liabilities, expenses, and other amounts related to any infraction of this agreement by you or any user of your account, in connection with use of our supports and services.

    FORCE MAJEURE:


    Global Tech Squad Inc. shall not be bound for any failure to perform any obligation under agreement, If any event beyond the control of Global Tech Squad Inc. such as, Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or manmade eventuality. In all event information should be provided by the changed so as to use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions.

    WAIVER:


    If Failure of Global Tech Squad Inc. to apply any of the provender in these terms and conditions shall not be understood as release of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions. If agreement shall be effective so no waiver provide it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both you and Global Tech Squad Inc..
